EAT: BUZA CHICKEN, MELBOURNE CENTRAL

Most people will have experienced the finger-lickin’ deliciousness that is Korean fried chicken. Tender, juicy bites of chicken, coated in a crispy batter and often doused in an explosion of your favourite seasoning or flavour. Sweet and spicy, or swicy as some would say. Snow cheese. Soy garlic… to name a few. Sound familiar? Perhaps only to the meat-eaters among us. But thanks to Buza Chicken’s recently-launched Korean fried cauliflower, vegetarians need not miss out! It’s a great menu addition too for the meat-eaters; the texture and taste of the cauliflower underneath the batter complementary and also a nice mix up to eat alongside the chicken. Eat yo’ veggies.

Korean fried chicken may be Buza Chicken’s signature (and I suppose we can now also count cauliflower in the mix), but they also serve up plenty of other Korean classics. Order a few extra dishes, like a piping hot army stew (it is winter after all), or sides like corn cheese or kimchi loaded fries, and you have on your hands one solid and delicious feast on hands.
