EAT: THE EXCHANGE BEACH CLUB, PORT MELBOURNE

The Exchange Beach Club summer pop up is clearly one of several places to check out this summer. Because nothing screams of summer more than the beach, right? That, and some cocktails in hand, followed up by one epic seafood feast. Or rather in this case, fries. All the fries.

We came for the prawn+lobster roll and ended up with a fries feast. Not intentionally, but it turned out to be a most tasty mistake as the fries had a super addictive seasoning. Noms!

Red Coral lobster & prawn roll - with Kewpie, chives, dill and fries.

Fried calamari with squid ink mayo.

Fried halloumi with watermelon.

Cape Grim Wagyu Katsu Sanga - with Robbins Island wagyu, honey panko crumbed, and butter toasted milk bread.
