To the Masterchef viewers out there who ever thought that they could totally go for one of Christy Tania's wacky but wonderful dessert creations, you now can with the recent opening of Glacé Frozen Artisanal in Windsor.
As the name suggests, the eatery's specialty is ice cream. But there is more to Glacé than just your typical scoops and cones, although these are also available. Macarons sandwiched by ice cream, choux pastry with a hidden burst of ice cream as you bite into it, ice cream cakes, ice cream push pops. Each of these creations embodies the mantra of re-inventing the way we can enjoy the humble ice cream. With the promise of some warmer weather about to come our way (here's hoping anyway), be sure to check out Glacé for some frozen good times and mind the brain freeze!
