RECAP: LUNAR NEW YEAR CELEBRATIONS, MELBA RESTAURANT

When it comes to ringing in the Lunar New Year, a good meal (or several) goes hand in hand with all the merriment and celebrations. This year, The Langham’s Melba Restaurant threw together an epic feast covering all the tasty and authentic dishes many of us know and love to eat during this time. Yes, there was lobster with egg noodles stir fried in aromatic ginger and scallions. Crispy pork belly. And let’s not forget the prosperity salad toss to bring in all the good fortune. This in addition to all their other tasty goodies included in their usual buffet offerings. Raw oysters, sashimi, and Peking duck pancakes, come at me!
