RECAP: THE PAIRING METHOD LAUNCH 2022, ROB DOLAN WINERY

Following the success of last year’s inaugural run of The Pairing Method, the event where even the biggest wine connoisseur will walk away learning something about red wine and flavour pairings returns in June 2022. The event follows a similar format to last year, kicking off with an intimate and guided wine and flavour tasting with Master of Wine Meg Brodtmann whose wine knowledge runs deeper than the barrels that dot the stunning Farmhouse setting. Chef Tyson Bertoncello will again work his magic to create a bespoke ravioli dish highlighting the favourite picks of ingredients as selected by guests. But the real fun lies in being able to eat said creation, which will feature as the entree of a sit-down three course meal. Accompanied by the perfect Rob Dolan wines, of course. This year, guests will have The Farm Executive Chef Anthony Cutajar to thank for their delicious main and dessert.

Visit the Rob Dolan website for more information on the upcoming event, dates and bookings.
